Sounds great, i lost weight through my 2 days holiday. What a great feeling, no more thinking about food at work, why? because recently i can eat everything i want in anytime. I always been starving at work because i just thought eating 2 meals & tea in the morning will make me lose weight loool

Now, i eat Hummus sandwich & 2 date cookies with white coffee for breakfast. I really feel full energy looool.

My brother just saw me, and surprised. He said, you ate all that food just for breakfast! and you lose weight everyday loool. I just told him, what i just ate, is less calories from 1 package of chips or coffee ice blended :D

Hey! Your life doesn't have to stop just because you're losing weight. You showed them. Does your brother not understand it's not how much you eat, it's also what kind of food and when.

Ya Robin, i am trying to show him, too. My sisters start dieting by receiving daily healthy meals to our home. Actually, i do not like that way, i do not like to eat something i may not want to eat. Also, i like to eat snacks through working more than three large meals. Even, eating sweets especially M&M looool whatever i want :D
