Got up this morning and decided I wanted to walk since I didn't get to walk on Thursday with my friend. So I put on some shoes, set the phone to radio and walked.

I got home a little while ago and decided to mapquest how far I walked. 1.78 miles one way. So I did that and back to walk 3.56miles. Not too shabby I'd day.

Feeling good. Hopefully I'll walk again tomorrow with my friend.
