I need to keep it up. I am having great results, but I need to keep this consistent. A way of life instead of just a temporary means to a goal. I have to start building life time habits and not short-term solutions.

I hear you. It gets easier, but they say it takes 30 days to turn a new behavior into a habit. :-) I don't even think that takes into account our past addictions to food or poor eating habits. Keep your eye on your goal, and the mini-goals in-between (anyone can lose 2 lbs by next Friday, or half-a-pound by tomorrow :-) Enjoy making your changes and trying new things. We can do this!!!
