I am a peanut butter freak! I've found "Better n' Peanut Butter" at Trader Joes (if you don't have that type of specialty store, try the organic grocery stores). My husband really likes it, except he got a little upset when he found out it had to be refrigerated after opening! I like it, it suits my needs...it's worth buying. I learned about it in my weight watchers meeting, so I thought i'd share the info. what I don't like about it, is that it's a little sweeter tasting and the peanuts' roasty flavor is a little strong. anyway, it's called Better n' Peanut Butter. it has 85% less fat and 40% less calories. There is no saturated fat in it. the 2.5 total grams of fat comes from the good fats (poly and monounsaturated fats). I'm pretty sure you'll like it. you definitely won't see the grease floating on top! there is practically NONE.
