Diet followed 100%....of fat! Had so much of it, was feeling really bad yesterday evening. Toast with cheese, bacon, eggs, smoked fish, crisps, steak, gratin, cheese again and lots of it!
Gain 800g...
Today starts the 500cal/day period.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
