Not a bad day today.
Ate well with fruit & seeds for b/fast, soup and bread & plums for lunch and fish, rice and veg for dinner. Snacks, apple, banana, youghurt and cereal bar. oh did have one little fuit scone for midmorning but no butter.

Exercise wise, not had time today, hopefully tomorrow.
