Jeez, I hit the snacks hard when I got home from the grocery store last night. I think I remembered everything I ate and I was still below 1500 cal for the day, but man. The scale stayed the same though this morning and I did work out last night, so hopefully it all canceled out!
I will be in my sister's wedding in 3.5 weeks and I just got fitted for the dress. So, my plan is to stay in the low 150s until the wedding and then I may check into getting a personal trainer through the rest of the year. I tend to put on alot of weight during the holiday season (who doesn't) and I think that will help me to stay accountable for what I am doing. Then, when we go to the beach in July 2011, I want to be 130 or 135 pounds.
