Aw, not pregnant but for as bloated as I am I kind of look like I am showing a bit, lmao... I CANNOT WAIT to stop taking those little evil pills! Oh they say that you do not put on weight but I eat like I am prego and have mood swings like I am prego... HELLO! Okay... rant over, lol.

It is not that I don't want another... I really, really do... just not now. Only 15 more days before my gyno appointment (made three months ago) and hopefull *crossing fingers* I will be able to get a copper IUD. Ironically, this is National Condom Day. I don't want to take my chances though of it breaking. We are going to go to Ireland in June. Being knocked up today would mean canceling the trip. I say, "nay, nay"

What is just killing me though is that I do not have a loss to show. I actually weighed myself yesterday and it showed a five-pound gain but when I weighed in today it was only a half-pound. I have stayed with in my points range and did not even use all of the flex points. I stayed under 1700 calories, which according to the Mayo clinic should allow for a 1-pound loss per week for my body type, etc. Ugh... trying not to get discouraged but ugh... Okay part two of my daily rant over *blush* I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!

Funny for today...

It boggles the mind sometimes when the math just doesn't seem to add up. Do you get much focused exercise in your week? If not, I highly recommend working some into your schedule. It works wonders in so many ways : )

Wow-- you're going to Ireland?!? How exciting!! I don't know what your activity level is like, what your job is, etc., but I know for me, I have trouble getting activity in quite often. I do a lot of little things that seem to help... I will park MUCH further out in parking lots so that I have further to walk. When I need to go somewhere that is on an upper floor, I will take the stairs instead of the elevator. Even just holding your muscles tight while driving (or riding) will help. Maybe some of these ideas will help... I don't know. Your eating sounds fine-- you are doing WW, correct? Are you following the healthy eating guidelines and staying within your points values? Also, is TOM on his way? That always tends to make me bloated and usually up slightly in weight.... Just thinking... I'm sure it'll all come together for you!

Soooo jealous of your trip! It's going to be so much better when you consider how much weight you KNOW you're going to lose between now and then! Sorry you had a screwy week numbers wise...it'll even out! Keep doing a good job like you have been!

Numbers are tricky business--that's why I never liked math. Don't worry too much about them--as time progresses and you show them who's boss they'll hop into line. Thanks for the daily funny by the way--it's definitely needed!
