went to the family planning clinic yesterday (not to plan a family lol im a little young for that) but i weighed myself and seem to have gone back up to 70 :/ not sure i might have been retaining water so ill check later today i bought snazzy new electric bmi counting scales today and an excercise dvd and also some books about the GL diet so im all happy and positive at the moment.
oh and i shall put some pictures up from the beach in a bit because they are pretty but im not in any of them :)
