I went jogging/walking for 30 minutes this morning!!!
I left at 5:00 am.

Then I stretched for 10 minutes when I got home!

Nothing like running through the ghetto to get you motivated. Seriously.
There are some scary people out in this area at 5:00 in the morning.
You see them and you definitely push yourself harder to get to the next block.

But I'd rather go in the morning than in the middle of the day when it's hot as hell, and I'm DEFINITELY not going late at night.

But anyway yeah I feel like a total champion right now.

When I start the day off so well it's hard not to be productive for the rest of the day :)
