Well yesterday I started the Stair's Challenge. I only have 12 stairs but after completing day two I'm certain that is enough. My stairs are steep but I managed them with no problem. It really did get my heart pumping which inspired me to take a jog/run for about 20 minutes. Not so much jogging as brisk walking but there was still some jogging in there :) It felt great! I'm drinking my water but they are only 16.9 oz so I'll have to drink a little extra to meet the mini-challenge. I'm looking forward to a short work week due to the holiday so guess it's time to start winding down.
