I lost 1kg only in these two weeks that I didn't have a scale.
Fatsecret.com was down for a couple of days (at least here in UK) and I had a very strong cold. All this scenario made me forget about my diet for a while...
I need the challenge of weight myself every week, I need the chalenge of not overdue my RDI... Oh, I think I am addicted to this website!
I ate about 2000 calories on the day that I forgot a little about my diet and I can tell you now 2000 calories feels a lot of food! I don't understand why the official RDI is 2000! What do you think?
PS. I bought a scale. My new challenge is to avoid weighting myself everyday. But I had to buy it! Boots will not fix theirs so soon which is ridiculous because they are the only one to provide this "service" in town...
