I did it! I walked 1.6 miles today with my friend. We are going to do it again on Thursday. I wonder if I will notice any change for tomorrows weigh in.
I have these shoes my mom gave me marketed by Curves. They are the like Shape-ups that you see all over the TV now. I wonder if they will do anything.
All these things will be answered tomorrow or well the more I do this the more answers I will have.
