POST DIET turun 14kg aku hipoglikemik (kadar gula darah terlalu rendah), udah gitu kekurusan (BMI 13%, normalnya 18%). Dokter Fatima menyarankan BULKING!! Happy dong, tapi tetep perhatiin macros-nya yang susah.
