Doing dual programs is no joke! Boy, am I sore. But I feel great, I am starting to see definition in my arms! I never had muscles in my arms! (you know what I mean!)

But I am doing a combination of Les Mills Combat, and Chelean Extreme, which one is MMA style training, and the other is weight or resistance training. Helping me to build lean muscle, which is what really promotes a better metobolic rate!

This is day 3 and I am really excited what results I am going to get. I started with Turbo Jam which is kicking boxing and a little bit of dancing (see the pattern, I love kicking boxing style workouts!) And I lost 12 inches off my core in two months! I went from a size 14 to less than a 10 (don't know what for sure, since 10's are the lowest pair of jeans I have!) So, I am hopeful that this combination will get me to goal, so that I can work on maintain! That is where I hope to be by July 4th. Wish me luck, or join me! I would love to help!
