Today is the day the Loose 10-30lbs by Thanksgiving challenge starts. I'm so excited and enthused. I just came back from kickboxing-1hr, then pilates-1hr. I feel great, doing well on S.B. diet, it's working well for me. Good luck to everyone.

I am commited to loose 6 lbs. in the month of sept. and do an aerobics class atleast 4x per week, liftweight 2x per wk, and pilates 2x per wk. ~Ali
