Alright, I decided to create a profile on this site after one of my coworkers challenged me to a weight loss competition. Well... it may be one of many. This first competition is short, only 10 days. I don't plan on losing a whole lot of weight in just 10 days, but I'm hoping it jump-starts some good habits so I can keep losing. I'm starting out at 260, which is what I've weighed for quite a while. I was encouraged to gain weight for football in high school since I was an offensive lineman, but the weight doesn't serve a purpose now that I'm a professional desk jockey. I've got my game plan pretty much set up, so here goes nothin'.
[edit] I changed my start weight to 165 as that was about the highest known weight I recall. I know it was higher than that, but there was a time where I basically refused to step on the scale until my clothes size started shrinking. I estimate my highest weight was probably in the mid 170s.
