gained half a lb this week. Next week will be tracking induction better(thought I was doing good). No cheesecake.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sure did! :) Cheesecake is on induction. I wont be having Cheesecake factory cheesecake again for a while though, I am pretty sure that's what happened to my weight loss last week. Btw, didnt eat the crust! :D

:-) Honest, I really didn't eat the crust! LOL. That Cheesecake factory low carb cheesecake is amazing! But it really packs a punch! If I really need to, I will make my own individual version of one so I can control the sugar alcohols!
