I'm feeling a little better but this thing still needs to run it's course. But I was just sitting here looking at my food logs and even tho I just started recording them yesterday on this site it looks pretty good. I have actually been writing down everything I eat since June 29th 2010 so I could hold myself accountable. But being able to see exactly(more accurately) how many calories in put in and how many I burn off is really a great tool. I totally pumped about using this site! :) What a great tool! :)
