I knew the weight would go back up, I was barely eating or drinking during the past week. I am still under what I was though so I am happy :)

A good nights sleep helped too - I think I slept through all the aftershocks - I was so tired!
91.1 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Glad you're getting some rest. You're still right there in the doorway to Onederland and with your determination, I know you'll do just fine getting thru FOR GOOOD!

Great to hear you rested last night. That will also help with the weight loss. Happy to hear that the after shocks are minimal now. Hope it continues that way. You get another good nights sleep and I know you will feel much better tomorrow.
