It's amazing how your life can change in two months.

On July 12th, I started this journey. I weighed 272.1 lbs, my BMI was 40. I couldn't ride my bike a quarter mile without losing my breath. I used to get side stitches walking. I had no energy, generally felt like crap and spent most of the weekend sleeping.

In the last two months, I've lost over 10% of my body weight. As of this morning, I weigh 244.1 lbs, my BMI is down to 36. I can bike about 3 miles. I have no problem walking 4 miles (or more) and I've gotten faster and even been able to add in some spurts of jogging. I wake up on my own on weekends by 9 am. My energy level has gone through the roof.

Two months.

Busy again today (what a surprise), I need to do basic things like cleaning and food shopping that fell by the wayside this week, then study and eventually stop by someone's birthday party.

Affirmations for today:
1) Today's little changes have big results tomorrow

2) I am exactly where I should be at this moment in my life.
