On a personal note, since doing WW for so long, I am really having a hard time eating enough calories according to this site. I have completely cut out sweets and chocolate, and box processed foods, so what other things have calories without all the other stuff?

How about Avacados? Coconut, Frozen Yogurt. Try keeping skin on chicken (if you can), even one piece with chicken can up the calories by 100 (baked though, not deep fried).

I cannot do fried foods anymore, kills the stomach! Thank you, I have not had frozen yogurt in awhile, maybe that will help. What do you think about red meat? I haven't been eating a whole lot of it, because it just feels heavy in your stomach when you eat it, but has great protein and calorie value?
