Coffee anyone? I sure love my morning coffee!

Love my coffee too. In the late afternoon I switch to green tea and then other teas. Of course I do drink plain water too. Well hydrated!!

I start everyday with at least 1 18oz mug. then often times another after lunch. today was 2 mugs and another at 11. neighbors dog last night. ugh. I also supliment with either diet dew or the new dew zero is good too.
