Finally...the middle number went down 1 digit. FEELS SO GOOD! to have that number change. It has taken about a month for that number to change...Long time to wait. Patience is not my strong suit.

Thanks Becky! I only drank 3 bottles of water yesterday. I was hoping for more off...guess I have to make sure to drink 4-5 to see the results I want to see. Course then I have to make sure that I am close to bathrooms too!
A friend of mine on Facebook posted a sign that said:
"I'm not losing weight...
I am getting rid of it!
I have no intention of finding it again!"
the quote is from Shakeology...but I think it fits what I plan on doing!

I've seen that too! Like the saying! Because we ARE getting rid of it and have no intention of finding it again! Yea, I need to push the water too myself. I put cucumber slices and orange slices in a pitcher and fill it with water all week. If I can empty that pitcher twice I am doing well. It takes two 20 oz bottles to almost fill the pitcher and then I add either cranberry juice or grapefruit juice to make it full. Most days I empty 4 bottles into the pitcher but rarely do I empty the pitcher a second time in one day. I should. Water makes such a difference!
