Isn't it funny what losing a couple of lbs. does for you. I can't believe that I'm already feeling much better and not as "groggy" in the morning. But it could also mean that I'm not eating AS much junk also. I think that I can never stop recording my food intake - no matter how much weight I lose. Or how good I feel. I CAN'T be trusted.
