Yes, I'm still alive and kickin'. It has been a while since I've had a chance to log in & do anything so I thought I would update. I'm not loosing or gaining so I'm alright with that.
Since starting this new work schedule I have found it very difficult to get dinner done much less prepare something fresh & healthy. I'm not eating out all the time but I could definitely use a boost in the "good for me" department.
This is only my third week so I'm hopeful it will get easier with time. I did buy some groceries and have really used those slow cookers this last week.
I can feel myself loosing ground through. I still can't seem to get myself motivated. I look at my "fat" pictures weekly but that doesn't seem to make a difference. I gotta get it together & stop talking about it. I know, I know.

Hey girl! I know what you mean! I have been thinking a lot lately about foods that I do NOT need to eat! I keep telling myself ... "Keep your eyes on the goal!" Remember that you are adding years to your life by making the right food choices! You know that you feel 100% better when you eat healthy & exercise! I know this schedule is rough (I wouldn't want to do it!), but you can make it happen! I'm cheerin' you on! GO TEAM! ;)
