It was a really rough week and weekend. I completely lost track of what I ate on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday, due to BBQ's and the State Fair. Monday and Tuesday weren't any better because I wasn't feeling well, but I think I'm back on track today. I do know on the bright side though that Sunday I walked for over 6 hours! No dwelling on the past moving forward.
