what diet do you recommend to have more sculpted abs and remove abdominal fat? Can Keto be an idea?

We all have killer abs. We just need to reduce our BMI to see them. Yes KETO will definitely get you started. It will also teach you much about Fat, Carbs, and Protein levels you maintain healthy eating habits.

A diet of lifting at least 3x week. If you have healthy weight and levels of body fat, this will do “the trick”, mostly. Now, in my case low carb higher protein work the best.
