I always do well for awhile but suddenly I have the urge to go out to dinner and then the next day I decide to eat badly again. Then my husband has a day off and i eat badly with him. I hate doing that. I keep doing it though. What is my f...ing problem?

it sounds like you not ready... start slow small goals that you can reach quickly, then go for longer ones if you slip you slip just keep on getting back on the track evenually it will feel good to you keep trying that's important! Good luck have a healthy day...
