5 days on Keto ( high fat, moderate protein ,low carb) diet and not eating any fruits at all I lost 0,7 kg and gained horrible constipation. Adding fruits back on my diet today and trying to lower the fats instead. Yh, lets see if that’s going to make the figures on the scale move down.
