I am so so disappointed. I do everything correctly, doing gym every single day and now the weigh gone up....

Hi Mariya! I am not an expert but as I have seen your journal I realized that you consume too many carbs per day. A good idea is to reduce your carbs to 20-30g per day. Your carbs are too high ..between 80 to 90 g per day. But this is only my opinion; a good advice is to serch on google about how much carbs you should consume to loose weight. All the best and you can do it :) xxx

Some people gain weight before you lose it.
Or depends what you do at the gym wether it’s going to muscle which would explain it.
Try a Air Walker. Or walking. Or a Rock N Fit. Gentle but effective. Weight drops right off.

Are you taking progress photos, Mariya? Like Kirsty said, you may be building muscles. So you might be heavier but still look leaner. Here's a comparison photo of 2KG of fat and muscle: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/e3/12/77/e31277020a6c67aaabd21a49298233cf.jpg So don't be too hard on yourself. You got this. ❤️

I think Mirela was talking about grams not percentages. According to the NHS, a normal average healthy person on a weight maintenance diet only need between 50 and 100 grams of carbs a day, 80 to 90 grams is considered high by them, especially in terms of weight loss diet plans
