37 and so freaking overweight can’t believe I’ve got to this stage of over 90kgs hopefully following keto cutting out carbs and sugar will help dramatically and quickly , will also be joining a bootcamp gym thingy on the 17 th plus I play tennis twice a week , I just have to stop eating like a big fat muthafucker so I can be healthy again for my 4 kids wish me luck
