Had a total blow out yesterday eating all the delicious things I really shouldn't have (think freshly named white bread, sausages and kfc...) Really disapointed in my rubbish will power but not going to beat myself up about it too much as you only live once. Already being good today as skipped the pancakes I made for the rest of the family for an ace fruit salad instead. Let's hope I can keep it up now!
