I always prep salad ingredients in separate Tupperware bowl or baggies (cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, etc.) and then just throw together whatever I feel like and usually just add a piece of chicken (I make a fresh piece every day, because I like it better and it only takes tops 12 minutes) I always have boiled eggs on hand, low carb cheese, salami, olives, avocado with salt and pepper, nuts, or veggies to choose from to just pop in my mouth as I go.
