Sigh, I give up - it isn't water weight! Well, it probably is, but it's permanent pill water weight. On the bright side, one of the best parts of core rhythms or really any strength training routine that your body is familiar enough with to target the muscles appropriately and efficiently is that I can see a little more tone already. I think that just happens after you work out but as long as I keep doing that I'll keep feeling pumped. It's silly to think of Core Rhythms as much of a work out since I used to dance at frequently the same intensity for two plus hours a day, but it's going to help me feel more comfortable getting back on the floor.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
