Ate ground beef for lunch (taco type salad) and brocolli and lean strips of beef with a salad last night, plus an apple and strawberries w/ no fat 1/2 and 1/2. Still lost weight.
98.8 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 35.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
