Wow what a weekend, I started off Friday very well and then Saturday night came and all of my skills that I have acquired over the last 2 1/2 weeks went out the door.... My sister and I and our husbands went out to eat and watch the Charger game and out came the beer and I fell weak!!! Beer and Tequila are my favorite and just like myself can't just have one, got have a few!! I paid for it yesterday let me tell you!!! I am trying not to beat myself up for it, but the scale was not kind to me this morning ! All I can do is just get back on track and drink lots of water!!

One of the tough things for me about alcohol is that it lowers my ability to not eat the things I shouldn't. Bad enough that the alcohol itself is high in carbs, but then I get more carbs by eating nachos, chips and dip, etc. The only thing that's worked for me is to plan to limit my alcohol. That is, I'm okay with one glass of wine, but after two I start eating.
