Yesterday was a lift day. I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2%... Today is Super Bowl Sunday and our plan is to kick back and enjoy the game. I'm not going to call it a cheat day. It's more like a holiday. Go Chiefs!!!
