Thus far I'm really liking my Body Media Fit! Surpassed my 10K steps today which I wasn't expecting to do. Today was just a wear it & see where you are when you aren't super active. But then I was more active today than normal w/ all the running around I had to do. And aside from the 6 flights of stairs I take twice a week, I forgot that I actually take alot of stairs all day, just not as many all at once. Alot of people were eyeing the BMF but not one person said anything to me. Grateful for that b/c wearing it seriously accentuates the fat in my arms, creating an unsightly roll but it's not enough for me to stop wearing it!! Anyway, it's quite awesome & once the exercising commences (tomorrow??), I'm sure I'll be even more impressed!! Yay for tomorrow being Fri & no more classes till Tues!!!!!!!!!!!!

Time to finish my wine & get to bed. Night FS buddies = )

Happy Friday! Keep up the good work, I'm also excited to see how things pan out when you start exercising. I always underestimate on here, by like putting the lowest speed but the correct amount of time. I would imagine that the BMF will give you more accurate readings.
