Had a really rough week. Tons of company and hubby was on vaca from work. Ate like an a$$. Back on track today, hubby is back at work and company is gone. Now if the kids sniffles would go away we would have a great week!

I was bad last weekend too. Start eating right and any gain you had should be off before you know it. What is is about company and weekends that makes us want to overeat? You know we had a rat terrier (Bubba) once who would not eat his dog food. It could sit in his bowl for days and he wouldnt touch it but as soon as someone came to visit he would go eat his dog food. I always just figured he was so happy he wanted to eat? Good food & good company tend to make me want to overeat too. Good Luck this week!
