Went to the surgeon today and no surgery till I lose 20 more pounds. I am so frustrated and disappointed right now not to mention the pain I deal with all the time. Back in 30 days....
I was really proud of myself this morning when I put on a new pair of jeans, size 20, and I can breath! I'm not going to let this beat me, I am going to keep working on me. I know I'm moving in the right direction.

Last March I was where you are right now. Today I'm at 236 and still losing. I eat 1500-1600 calories per day with no restrictions, and I log every bite that goes into my mouth, no matter what. I am not very active because of various health issues. If I can do this, so can YOU! Join us on this journey, and good luck to you. 🌈
