it does!! I have been impressed how much I am enjoying it and I really want to be able to jog with my boyfriend once I can sustain more than 5 minutes at a time!! Also- treadmill jogging much easier than outdoor track jogging o_O! weird right!?! Hope all is well with you :) <3

I find the treadmill so much better don't have worry about potholes....Thanks for the hoodia info it seems to really help ...
