My scale has disappeared, I suspect it was one of the usual culprits. So no chance now to weigh again till Monday when I'm back from camping.

I think I will try and get 3 really low calorie days in now. We'll see as camping seems to make it easier 2/3 of the time, then there's the other 1/3 where I get the worst munchies.

Overworked my shoulders.

Good luck and enjoy the camping. I hope the weather cooperates. Eat mindfully and don't drink too much and you should be fine. Let em know how you make out when you return to the scale.
