Starting whole 30 in the am in hopes of teaching myself to curb my sugar cravings, and choose healthier options. This isn't a diet, my goal isn't to drop the pounds. My goal is to really pay attention to what I'm consuming for energy and how it effects me. And I have got to get my emotional dependancy on sugar under control.
