Cracking down today I am going for 600 calories had 160 for breakfast doing Atkins shake for lunch 160 and hopefully I can stick to a good dinner maybe another shake and some veggies I figure if I do it a few times a week it might jumpstart tgings

little over 800 calories today I need more tomatoes and cucumber you can eat them all day and they are so low in calories
