Today was cheset,shoulders, and triceps- my first in this video and man did I struggle. I am getting better at pushups but man that is alot of them. glad the girl was doing some on her knees cuz i ended up same way. my arms still feel sore and weird but my triceps definetly need some dejiggling. lol. I did abs right after when i usually do that at night- split the work outs up. Won't be doing them together again for awhille. I felt like I couldn't give it my all because i was already tired and sore from the other.
