Today, I was more disciplined than yesterday - in an undisciplined sort of way: two huge cups of coffee for breakfast. A huge grilled chicken salad with creamy and dry blue cheese. If it's salad, how bad can it be? And, my daily two quarts of iced tea - yummy. However, I went to a super Target while really hungry and bought a one pound bag of Snyder's sourdough pretzel nuggets, which I am currently chowing down on but they are "All Natural - 0g Trans Fat" so, that's gotta be okay, right? I noticed that "My Weight History" graph does not appear to be trending in the right direction, so I turned my notebook upside down and then it looked great!

By the way you can see that senior citizen fountain pen here, which should immediately distract you from considering the logic of how my graph is "improving". (By the way, turning the notebook upside down doesn't really work)
