Screw my scale, I don't get it. Up down, up down, up down... I mean, I weighed myself this morning, then this afternoon after eating and everything - same weight. That's NEVER happened. I always gain weight during the day from eating and drinking. I feel like I'm so close to my goal and yet my scale might not be telling me the truth. I haven't weighed in in a while here because I've been fighting this awful scale. I don't want to record a gain... I feel terrible.
