I hear you!! It's so tough!! Try healthy versions of things you are craving, rather than giving in... like, if you are craving chocolate, try dark chocolate in small pieces that burst with flavour, or if you are craving greasy food, try using coconut oil to fry some zucchini or sweet potatoes instead of potatoe fries! At least that way you are satisfying cravings without totally blowing your diet out of the water. :)
