I'm struggling to find better ways to handle stress and anxiety. I usually eat a ton of sugary foods to deal with stress, anxiety, and feelings of inadequacy. Any suggestions on things I can do while I'm sitting at my desk at work to avoid grabbing something sweet from the break room?
